The Master of Engineering (MEng) Okanagan internship program gives you the chance to enhance your professional engineering skills by gaining hands-on experience, sharpening your technical skills, and building valuable industry connections. You'll have the chance to apply 12 months of classroom learning to real-world challenges, making a meaningful impact while advancing your career.
The internship stream is an optional program available to all students in the MEng Okanagan program. This program begins with 12 months (3 academic terms) of coursework where you will complete all your credit requirements for your master's degree. Following your academic terms, you will then participate in an internship for 4, 8, or 12 months depending on the length of internship that you secure.
The MEng Okanagan internship option is supported by the UBC Applied Science Co-op Program. If you’re interested in participating in the Co-op Program, please review the information below.
